Nicole Kupchik

Nicole Kupchik has been a critical care nurse for over 25 years. Originally from Northwest Indiana, she worked as a traveling nurse and settled in Seattle, WA in 1998. She graduated from Purdue University in 1993 and in 2008 obtained a Master of Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Washington.

After moving to Seattle, Nicole took great interest in Resuscitation while working at Harborview Medical Center. She was part of a team who wrote one of the first protocols in the US for Therapeutic Hypothermia after cardiac arrest and has published numerous papers on the topic. In 2009, she led a team that launched an award-winning Sepsis Alert System.

In 2013, Nicole founded Nicole Kupchik Consulting, Inc. She has taught CCRN® & PCCN® Certification Review courses for over 10 years and has helped thousands of nurses achieve certification! She strongly believes every nurse can and should be board certified in their specialty!

In 2017, Nicole published "Ace the CCRN®: You Can Do It" Study Guide and Practice Question Book as well as well as "Ace the PCCN®: You Can Do It" Study Guide and Practice Question Book. In 2018, she published "Ace the CMC®: You Can Do It" Study Guide. "Ace the CSC®: You Can Do It!" Study Guide for the Cardiac Surgery Certification was published in March 2019. Her latest book, Critical Care Survival Guide was published in April 2023.

Kathleen Vollman

Ms. Vollman is a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, Educator and Consultant. She has published & lectured nationally and internationally on a variety of pulmonary, critical care, prevention of health care acquired injuries, work culture and sepsis recognition & management.

From 1989 to 2003 she functioned in the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Medical ICU’s at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit Michigan. In 2004, Kathleen was inducted into the College of Critical Care Medicine, in 2009 she was inducted into the American Academy of Nurses. In 2012, Ms. Vollman was appointed to serve as an honorary ambassador to the World Federation of Critical Care Nurses and is currently the financial director.

Ms. Vollman is a subject matter expert for prevention of CAUTI, CLABSI and HAPI as well as sepsis recognition/management and the culture of safety for American Hospital Association and the Michigan Hospital Association. Currently her company, ADVANCING NURSING LLC, is focused on creating empowered work environments for nurses through the acquisition of greater skills and knowledge.

Michelle Dedeo

Michelle has worked in trauma and neuro critical care nursing for over 17 years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2003 and her Masters in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington in 2014. Michelle works as a neuroscience clinical nurse specialist in the pacific northwest and is committed to supporting nursing practice development and high-quality patient care. She has presented regionally and nationally on trauma and neuro critical care topics and authored a chapter in the textbook Trauma Nursing.

Years as a travel nurse ignited a passion for travel, stories, and meeting new people and she loves calling the pacific northwest home!

By purchasing the Learn Without Limits Membership, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of subscription. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then-current annual subscription rate. You may cancel your annual subscription anytime before the next annual billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

When signing up for the membership, the named individual completing the form ("student") will be the person completing the online courses. Only one person (the "student") may use the service account. The student must keep the account and password confidential and may not authorize any third party to access or use the service on their behalf. The student also agrees to not reproduce or re-distribute the course in any form.

Cancellation Policy

The Learn Without Limits annual membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current year and before you are billed for the next year. To cancel, log into your account, click on My Account/Billing/Subscription/Cancel. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

Expiration Time

Membership is set to renew or expire at 00:00 UTC on the expiry date. Our course platform is utilized by learners across the world, we don't currently have an option to change the time zone to one's local time; it will always be 00:00 UTC regardless of your local time zone. Please adjust accordingly.

  • Will I get access to all courses that are released after I subscribe to annual membership?

    Yes! You will get access to all available online courses and new online courses that are released after you purchase the annual membership.

  • What methods of payment are accepted for the annual membership?

    We only accept payment for the annual membership using a valid credit or debit card.

  • Will I get automatically charged?

    You will be charged on the date of your initial subscription, and then automatically charged annually for your annual membership at the then-current annual rate until you cancel (no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods).

  • Do I get a discount on the Learn Without Limits Membership if I’m already enrolled in classes?

    We want to make sure all our existing students get to try out the Learn Without Limits Membership. If you have current unexpired online courses, email us at [email protected] and we will apply unexpired course purchases toward your first year of membership.

  • Can I still access classes that I purchased individually?

    You’ll continue to have unlimited access to every class you had purchased individually.

  • How can I renew my subscription to the Learn Without Limits Membership?

    You don’t have to do a thing! Your annual membership is set to automatically renew.

  • Can I cancel automatic renewal of my annual membership?

    Yes! Once you've signed up for the Learn Without Limits Membership, you can cancel the auto-renewal in your account. To cancel, log into your account and select My Account in the upper right corner then select Billing, Subscription & Cancel.

    Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] and one of our team members will assist you.

    Note: No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

  • If I cancel my membership before the auto renew date, will I lose access immediately?

    No! If you cancel your subscription, you will still access to the content until the end of your annual billing period.

  • How is the expiration date determined?

    With a subscription plan, the expiration is 23:59:59 UTC on the date of renewal.

    For example, if you buy the subscription plan on July 1st at 8:00 UTC, your access will expire on July 1 at 23:59:59 UTC the following billing period.
