When signing up for an online course, the named individual completing the form ("student") will be the person competing the online course. Only one person (the "student") may use the service account. The student must keep the account and password confidential, and may not authorize any third party to access or use the service on their behalf. The student also agrees to not reproduce or re-distribute the course in any form.  

Online Course Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. In addition, once the course has been accessed, there are no refunds available.  

Online Course Access

Access to the course expires 1 year after purchase, regardless of when the course is accessed. Please note, courses are set to expire at 00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on the expiry date.  

For example, students in Pacific Standard Time (UTC 8 hrs ahead), will find their class expires at 4:00 PM PST. Due to the major time difference, we have set all courses to expire on day 366 so you receive a full year of access plus a few bonus hours.

Learn Without Limits Membership

By purchasing the Learn Without Limits Membership, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of subscription. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then-current annual subscription rate. You may cancel your annual subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

The Learn Without Limits annual membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current year and before you are billed for the next year. Just log into your account, click on My Account/Billing/Subscription/Cancel. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
